The physical fitness test consists of push-ups, sit-ups, and a 1 1/2 mile run. They test the number of push-ups you can do in 1 minute. Give you a short break (5 min), then they test the number of sit-ups you can do in 1 min. Give you a short break (10 min), then time you while you run 1 1/2 miles.
Knowing that, you need to do push-ups, sit-ups, and a run at least every other day. It can also help to do weight training to build strength. |

My suggestion is to over train. Find the hilliest road to run. Do as many pull ups, push ups, sit up etc as you can do it hard and be ready. You will get pushed to the limits so make your limits high beofe you go in and you will be fine. Oh and while your pushing the limits in the academy you will get yelled at, Just get there before you start and you will be fine! |

u need to be physically fit. dont smoke. get a good nights rest the night before the first day. dont overeat ul puke. and be ready to study u will have many, many ,many test. |

You should already have some type of work out routine otherwise you are going to be hurting for a WHILE!!!
Don't smoke, don't get drunk the night before and make sure this is something you want to do in order to help people. If not pick another field. |
