The best thing to do is call your local non-emergency police line.
You can do this without telling them who you are or anything about yourself.
Most police department websites do not accept information like that. |

Most cities or counties have a hotline to call without revealing who you are. Or you could go to the city police or county sherrif website and usually they have a contact form for you to fill out if you have any tips.
If all else fails just call the police department and they will be able to handle it or find someone that will handle it. |

i don't know about a web site, but you can call 911. you could look it up in a phone book, or look it up online. just make sure it is in your town. i think the simplest way is to call 911 though. |
