How to break in new Body Armor?

Ive received new body armor for work and I am looking for any hints on the best way to break it in. I know just wearing it will work but I am looking at speeding the process up. My old armor fits perfect but expired so I would rather start wearing the new one.
My armor is threat level II and is the ABA Xtreme with extended sides.
Additional Details
The vest fits properly. It is custom fitted not an off the shelf vest. No matter how well your vest fits, a new vest is still uncomfortable. Ive been wearing them for 16 years now and have always just worn them to break them in. Just looking for new ideas.

give your ex-wife/girlfriend a base ball bat, put on your body armor, let them swing away...be sure to get a video, it will be a best seller...seriously, there is no approved breakin other than wearing it, all un-approved use will potentially damage the unit...good luck, hope you never need it. |

I suggest doing nothing. If you are wearing the correct size... it should be contoured to your body. Checkout the website below to see the proper measurements to take before purchasing a bulletproof jacket. It might be best to go back to the store to try on different sizes- to see what size or type fits best. There are countless styles and shapes available to the wearer. |

Spray it with white vinegar to help take the stiffness out of the fabric, and after it dries sprinkle it with cornstarch to avoid chafing. |
