I made it sound as if a criminal ha. well technically i am.. i got caught shop lifting from kohls yesterday and i had to go thru all the paper work that says that i cant go to any kohls ever again. then the cops came and since im under eighteen the let me go with my parents. now i have to go to court to see what happens :( i really dont want to get kicked out of school or go to jail..
now.. me and my family are here in the united states because my dad works here (legally) with a work permit (US) so his family is allowed to be here with him. we have to update that permit every year and im afraid that next year when we have to update it we wont get it because ill have a criminal record. How could i erase it? community service? please help!
and please dont tell me things like.. thats what you get or why are you stealing from kohls... blah blah.. ive got enough :(

You will never erase your criminal record even if the charges are dismissed, you are found not guilty, you pay a fine or whatever the arrest record will always be there for someone to find and twenty years from now it could jump up and bite you in the butt. |
