How to file a complaint on a officer?

A officer was able to get a arrest warrant for me by lying and putting in his report that my alluby said i wasnt with him and that i asked him to lie for me, however i have my alluby and two witnesses who were there during the questioning said that the officer untruthful..that what he wrote was 100% fabricated...what can i do?????

You can go to the police station at any time and tell them you want to lodge a formal complaint against an officer and have it followed up by Internal Affairs. They are required by law to accept your complaint. The best thing to do is write a letter before you go there that way you don't get intimidated into leaving facts out. They should give you a form to fill out and sign. Make sure you write in the details section to see attached letter. Hope this helps. Also you might want to bring someone with you so you don't get nervous.

Go to the station and ask to file a complaint. An investigation will be opened, sometimes by an outside agency, and it will go from there. And it's spelled alibi.

You will be taken more seriously if you spell "alluby" correctly. Seriously. It's possible there was a time when the witness talked to the officer when you were out of earshot, at another time, etc.

You can file the complaint, but make sure everything you say about the entire situation is the truth. Contact a lawyer.

Get yourself an attorney. He'll contact the C.O.P., and probably the IA Div., and file a complaint. It'll go from there....oh...and you need to brush up on spelling...it's not alluby...it's alibi...

If i were you i would start looking for a good lawyer right away. You can have that officer fired for that fabrication. I would double check with a lawyer or you can to the judicial court and file a complaint against this guy. But if i were you i would do it quick and in a hurry as soon as possible. If in fact you had your witnesses with you, then have them write in a letter saying that they were there with you. But i would have them sign your complaint with you when you go to the judicial court. One more thing, just be prepared in court in case this officer tries to swindle his way out of it. Honestly, i would call around every where to check for good lawyers. i wish you all the best of luck. I hope you resolve your complaint with this officer.

So tell us what the heck is alluby and second just why would this Officer LYE (fabricate) about you? That would be my first question if I were a Judge hearing your case. 4 liars do not the truth make.
