I got drunk in the party and had to drink a lot of alcohol, everything went blur afterwards, but before that, this guy came and asked me how i feel, i said i felt dizzy. He asked me again if i wanna lay down, and i said yes.
then i remember he tried to take off my clothes, and i said 'no' repeatedly. the next morning, he said i have given him a consent, and had kissed him too (i don't remember the kissing).
Did I gave him any consent?

Once you're under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol I don't think you can give consent because you're impaired. Nonetheless, once you said, "no" he was definitely out of bounds.
Take a lesson from this experience, even if he's wrong you put yourself in peril by drinking too much and being with the wrong crowd. It's up to you to close the window of opportunity by exercising good judgment in your life. |
