If I am drunk and riding a horse down the road and the police pull me over. Am I now guilty of DUI? What if I am on a golf cart? I know weird question but I am just curious.

The whole horse thing probably would be considered as public intoxication, and the whole golf cart thing, yea probably. I saw a video on cops where this guy was shwasted, and he was riding a lawnmower, and they pulled him over... but it was really funny |

If you are driving a vehicle that requires a license to operate while drunk, yes, you are legally DUI. If you are riding a horse where you are not supposed to because you are drunk, you are still breaking the law because you are endangering yourself and others and drunk in public, but you are not legally DUI. Same for the golf cart. |

Horse isn't an issue, golf cart meets the definition of motor vehicle where I work. |

no, neither of those are licensed vehicles in the united states it's just a PI, and probably gonna also get a citation for unlicensed vehicle on a roadway. |
