I'm supposed to get my liscense in three months, will I still be able to because I got a MIP. I live in St. Louis, Missouri if thats any help.

Since you don't have a license yet, that won't come into play. You will have to take a alcohol education course before getting your license. |

More than likely, you'll have to wait until you're 21 to get your license. I suggest you have your parents talk to an attorney. Hire a good attorney and you may be able to get a lesser sentence.
ALSO, by the time you reach 21 this MIP will most likely fall off your permanent record so it won't be held against you. You definitely want to have your parents talk to a lawyer though. |

From what I can find, you will not be able to get your license yet. Of course they do not want someone on the road who may put themselves or others in danger. You best bet is to wait, do everything they tell you and more, then try to get it expunged from your record. Because this will follow you for some time.
Have your parents call Mark Hagen. He can help you get this reduced or even dismissed if you have no priors and are a good student. |
