Whatever your girth is attributed too, you are 333lbs.
Something you might want to consider and you best think about it.
Under every use of force continuem policy in this country your excessive weight can be used to justify a greater use of force against you than would be neccessary for someone of normal weight.
If a cop is in your face I'm willing to bet it's not because you're reading your Bible too loud.
You might want to address WHY the cop was in your face.
I'm sure you are as innocent as a newborn infant and the "mean ole" policeman was picking on you.
Here's the rub.
Under the law if a police officer is "in your face" attempting to control your behavior and you do anything that he finds threatening, the officer has the right to use an adequate degree of force to get you under control....Including DEADLY force.
I can assure you that if I felt threatened enough by your words, behavior or actions I might possibly pop a cap in your fat ***.

If I remember right, this guy that asked the question also put his size in it also. If the officer was considering "Hmm, should I let him off with a warning?" and you say "Geez, guy, get some mints or something!" he might skip straight to "Yup, he's a loser, hope he learns something from this ticket and doesn't spend several nights whining on Yahoo: Answers"

His badge is a "do what ever I want license". He can't ticket you for telling him that he has bad breath, but "HE WILL" find something to give you a ticket for. Sometimes its better to be silent.

If a law-enforcement officer is in YOUR face, at all, then he's already either committed an act of assault, or has begun trying to restrain your motions.

Badge-bearing bullies from all over will claim that the person they're trying to restrain is committing an act of resisting arrest by saying anything other than "SIR, YES SIR" when they say anything.

In short he can't. If you have the ticket it should state the charges, if you chose not to get it and you're not in jail for the incident well obviously it was a BS attempt that he failed at.

But in short no. You can say anything you want to a cop as long as he doesn't find it threatening in any way.
