I'm being harrassed what can i do.?

Hi a while ago i was a victim of a street robbery, (someone tried to rob me and my friend) the police said to us that if we gave statements it would be the end of the story so we agreed and then both got forced to go to court against the person. After that he spotted me in the street whilst he was with 3 other people and tried to rob my mobile phone so once again i phoned the police and went to court and he got sentenced, since then i have had threats about it and a couple of weeks ago someone tried to steal my new phone because of it. as the incidence was on camera the police asked me to give a statement which i agreed to. In the last 3 weeks i have been assaulted and threated that i would be killed if i didnt drop the charges, i currently have around 50people looking for me because of this and i need to know WHAT CAN I DO TO PROTECT MYSELF - can i get a restraining order or something stronger if possible because im in a position where i dont even want to walk to the local shop

You have to beat the **** out of the leader of the group. Put the fear of God into the rest of the group then they won't mess with you anymore. Don't worry about charges, you are underage so they won't stick, just don't kill anyone.

Plus, if one of them violates your safety, you do have the right to defend yourself.

hi i am sorry to hear your situation due to mindless thugs if it is really a threat to your life have you thought (and i know it seems Extreme) about witness protection good luck and also ask to speak to a crime prevention officer and don't give up and let intimidation win they don't deserve to get away with it x ps need to chat drop me a line. please also as kept an eye on this question please DO NOT get a knife or any other weapon they are more likely to take it from you if their is more than one and use it on you i don't want to frighten you it is a statistical fact also their is a chance you will seriously harm them possibly kill do you really want to be a murderer and also they just put you in prison and i can imagine the harassment in their would be worse as by the sounds of things half the gang of thugs are ending up in their anyway please be strong and don't resort to their low level x

Join the military.

At least you'll learn some survival skills & hand-to-hand combat.

They won't follow you there & at least you can make something of your life. Stay with a relative until you can get in.

If you know who they are and feel that there is a significant threat against your life, get down to your nearest police station and file a report. They will have files on the previous cases and court hearings you attended, so they will know you are not making it up and will have to take you seriously.

apply for a restraining order, you have plently of documents to get one..the police have all the documents along with the courts..

That's a tough situation your in. Totaly not fair, because you didn't do anything. How are they threatening you? Over the phone? One thing, I would change your phone number. I had to do this once and it didn't cost a thing becuase of the situation. If it is a one on one thing, like when you leave your house people come up to you, then that's tougher. First off, although it can be scary, I'm sure they don't want to actually kill you. Not over something as small as a charge of theft. Still, you don't want to get hurt. I suggest getting a restraining order, it's basically the most you can do. If you know the names of the people who are harrassing you, then you can charge them with harrassment also. Maybe try warning them first before you do it. Chances are it will scare them, just becuase their friend is in trouble doesn't mean they want to me. Most people are afraid of the law. The reason they are not scared to harrass you is becuase they have no reason yet.
Seeing as tazors and pepperspray are illegal, I suggest possibley getting brass knuckles or a knife. Just don't go killing anyone! But if your in a situation where you truely are scared for your life, I say anything goes. Don't initiate any confrontations, but if one happens, defend yourself the best you can.

If I were you, I would buy some pepper spray, a taser and a club and beat him within an inch of his life the next time he came near me. It doesn't sound like the police are doing very much and a lot of times, stalkers won't stop until you're hurt or dead.

I have a problem with my sons father, the other day we got into a fight over money.During the fight he took my son and told him nasty things about me and pulled the race card saying I was mad because I was black, I have to tell you I was so shocked I nearly fell over, then he went on to tell my son he wasn't coming around because I was trying to take him away from him. I would never do that to my son and I would never bring my son into one of our disagreements. Last time we got into a fight he put a hole in my wall because I didn't say hello fast enough and he was in my house. I let him spend the few nights a week ( in my sons room) to try to keep the peace so my son doesn't grow up as one of those angry kids who's parents use them as bargaining chips to hurt the other one. My sons father has a Dr Jeckle Mr hyde type personally, I never know whats going to set him off! Last night he had some people at work call and harassed me saying that I should let Marc see my son. All that day I had my son call and Marc never picked up the phone. The calls got so bad I had to call his place of work to ask a manager to ask them to stop, when it didn't I called the police! The officer treated me like I was crazy and wasting his time! I have a bad feeling, and I know he was a gun! My sons father can come off as very harmless the in an instance hes like a crazy person! None of my friends will come to my house because they don't want to be bothered , they have witness his mood swings. I know It sound silly, but I really need help what do I do and how do i keep my son out of it!
