well first of all if you're saying the truth, then i tell you that this situation is not rare, and i had a lot of cases like that and they're always resolved. now you must get some sort of witness or proof that the bartender knew your age and still served you the beer. i am a lawyer, if you need any help, contact me. |

I seriously doubt that you told the bartendar you weren't of age when he was pouring your drink.....
Bartendar -"What would you like"
You - "Um sir, I'm not 21, I cant drink"
Bartendar- " Thats ok, let me break the law and try to loose my license and pour you a drink"
You- " But Bartendar, I really shouldn't be drinking, Im only 18"
Bartendar -" Thats ok, don't worry, hey drinks are on me"
Yeah SURE...... |

You can grow up and take responsibility for what you did. You knew you were underage when you went to the club. How did you get in the door? Phony ID? The bartender may or may not be liable, but you sure are, you knew fully well what you were doing is illegal and now you want to blame somebody else. See why the drinking age has been raised? You don't even want to take responsibility for your actions when you were sober (going to the bar in the first place) so how in the world are you adult enough to drink? |

You are in trouble. You knew you were underage. Get a lawyer and perhaps an English tutor as well. |

Who's responsible for what you pour down your gullet? The bar, or you? |

Yeah, but you're still an idiot. |

First off you shouldn't be drinking in the first place,IF you told the bartender you were underage then you need a lawyer for the club serving alcohol to minors..But as far as you being drunk you deserve what you get..I know I sound harsh but you drank so now you should pay the penalty for your actions.. |

It wouldnt matter what age you are,if you are drunk they can chuck you out. |

umm... the club AND the bar tender is at fault too, because its illegal to serve under aged people alchohol... |

go to court and explain. face the music. |

You can drink in a bar but you have to know your limit.
Its against the law to be drunk in public
Yup! Make Sense Right!! |

You did the crime, now you have to pay the crime. |

Just do your time as ordered by the court and try to think what the heck happened. If you got to go to jail at least you most likely won't be drunk there. Hmmmmm |

You will still get into trouble. You are the one who LET the guy serve you a drink. But make sure they know that he knew you were under-age. He will also get in big trouble. |

The club should lose there license to sell alchoal... you should definatly take it to court. |

tell them that you notified the bartender that you were underage and he served you anyway. But to be honest i don't think you told the bartender that you were underage. |

You and the club should get in trouble. Even if the bartender didn't know, YOU DID. You had no business being there, or drinking. The bartender and bar should be fined because they didnit ask for I.D. |

Did the bartenders tie you up and force the alcohol down your throats? No? Then you're in a bit of trouble. You knew you weren't of legal age but you drank anyway. Why don't you start being responsible for your actions? |

You knew you were underage. why were you at the bar trying to get something to drink. The bartender was wrong, but you are responsible for your own actions. This is just something to make you grow up and face reality. Reality check!! |

You could try and prove it, probably would fail, would still be in trouble for the underage part.
Dont be vindicdive after someone did you a favor. |

If the bartender actually knew you were underage and served you the drink after he knew, then tell the judge, but still, you were the one who drank the alcohol.
Or you can lie and say you're Canadian. |

I think you may have a case.Just go to court and explain what you told us exactly. If you had decieved them then it wouild be ur fault but you have clealy told them u are underage....so yes u do have a case...but don't think u can get out of it unscated either.Good luck and stop drinking |

Tell them you've lost all memory of that night and dont even remember who you are, pleed insanity, or just flee the country. |

Hire an attorney, you can do nothing to the club, you broke the law on purpose and will have to pay the fines invovled.
The judge may give you community service instead |

These are two separate issues. You are in trouble, trying to blame it on the bartender won't work. Once you were arrested and your age was discovered, the club and the bartender were automatically in trouble for having served you. There is nothing further that you can do except take whatever punishment the court metes out. |

lucky,if you drink to mutch at any bar they will put you out
personaly i dont think you should have to go to court cuz it wasent the bar tenders fault for serving you its yours for drinking it. and you paid for it right? |
|

miranda elizabeth

well you went in drank the alcohol now you will have to stop pointing fingers at everyone else and deal with your mistakes only way you will learn... |
|

zerospacegurl
 |
You shouldn't have accepted the drink. Nothing you can do to get out of that. The club should be fined if they sold you alcohol and you really said you were not 21. Good Luck. |
|

HEY HOW ARE YA
|
tell the cops or the judge the club is serving to underage kids. |
|

daydreambeliever0000

You need to tell them that the bartender served you after you told him/her that you were underage, I would think they could get in BIG trouble over that |
