I'm trying to find if this may be stalking. ?

I went to a meeting that was out of state for my job,so than I notice a guy during the meeting that says his name and states some stuff. After this meeting We leave to go home I think of him, until he ends up in my state and my company and says that he never worked for the company. Than for the first week or two he ask question about me.. like my full name and age.I did not think anything of it.For along time he does his work but I feel like I'm being watched and look up to see him looking at me. After a couple of months there is company panic that takes place and a friend of he's ask where his girlfriend is and acts as if he has no girlfriend. He lives in the some apt as my boyfriend to.
Additional Details
My boyfriend and I where on are way to a store and I swear I saw his car pull into the same parking area, after we where in the store we end up meeting up with him. Of course I wanted to hurry, I swear next he was like why did you not talk to me. He try's to be in now whatever I'm saying to my coworkers.
I don't know maybe I'm being to paranoid .

I think your question is on the border of stalking and very weird and coincidental, especially since he lives in the same building as your boyfriend. Does your boyfriend think you are cheating on him? Something is very very strange. I think I would contact your company officials and the police to find out whats going on.

This is really creepy. Try to keep a close eye on this guy. If he does anything suspicious call the police right away! Stalkers are known to be rapist. Carry special equipment like pepper spray, and a taser around just for extra security.

Perhaps you should stalk your stalker but not like the creepy way he is going about it. I am referring to something of a background check in which you will have to pay out of pocket to understand what your dealing with. If anything, now is the time to take up some self defense classes.

The first flag is that you feel that something is wrong and you feel uncomfortable.

The second flag is that he keeps showing up wherever you go.

Now, he does live in the same apartments that your boyfriend lives in. Your boyfriend may actually know him. You did go out of state for a meeting. It is possible that your boyfriend is having this guy check up on you ... at that meeting and now at work.

Has he done anything that has made you feel like you are in danger?

The first step would be to remind him that you have a boyfriend and that he needs to back off. He is making you uncomfortable. If he doesn't back off, tell hr what is going on.

Sometimes u might be over thinking it, but just in case keep a close eye on him and tell your friends so that they won't give him your address.

then he likes you but his way of liking u may be dangerus and some times it can be led to a fatal acceident.
this situation could be dangerus you do know you can tell ur boss and then he will get switched to a diffrent part of company. but becarful.
