sounds like you should have quit shoplifting dumbass...dont say you're a really good kid when you've been caught 2 times shoplifting in 6 months...apparently you haven't learned crap....hope you go to jail

You will go to prison and likely be raped by a large older lady. Life throws some curve balls. Some are named Bertha and can be quite rough

ouch.. maybe ur not a bad kid but u made some bad choices and now ur gonna have consequences.

The guy that's always right
ur not a good kid at all.
apparently ur a bad person who likes to steal... and ur not smart either cuz u dont learn ur lesson.

you are going to jail, hard time baby!

thunder2sys
if you are shoplifting, then to say you are really a good kid is 100% wrong. You are not a good kid if you are stealing.

The judge will probably fine your friend and give you one more warning and release you to your parents.

Your not a good kid because you stole and didn't learn your lesson, more than likely when you go to court they will pull your file and see that you have violated your probation and you will be in trouble again. Take this as a lesson to be learned and don't let it happen again.

Get new friends and stop stealin'.

advice: stop being a thief!

you do deserve probation. You are lucky your butt didn't get sent to juvey

angryman1n
Well looks like you're off to a great start.

Most likely you'll be banned from shopping at wal-mart and maybe have to do some hours for community service. I had a friend in high school that got caught shoplifiting from wal-mart as well. I think she had to pay a fine and she was banned from going to wal-mart.

word of advice; never shoplift because when you think you're not being watched BAM! you're caught! you're lucky we don't live in one of those countries that get your hands cut off for stealing.

look on the bright side, you'll now shop at target. which is way better anyway. just don't screw up by shoplifiting there either.

You'll be in more trouble this time, though not likely any detention....most likekly a short suspended sentence with community service. Stop friggin' shoplifting! Jeez! The third time would be a lot worse!

Liberal & Proud!
no. you're not a good kid. you're stealing. do you get it?! you're conducting an illegal act!!! you're breaking the law. good kids don't steal. so, no, you're not a good kid and you should be scared, apparently you didn't learn from your first lesson and the judge will see that and it will effect his decision. stop breaking the law! and stop being a bad kid, because right now, your actions are telling everyone that you are not a good kid.

This is something that going to ruin your record kid. You are in probation, do you know what it means? now you are going to have one more charge against you, no as hard as it is going to be for your friend but till you are going to be affected. Try to find a lawyer that can advocate and minimize the record you are going to have. Keep out of trouble, if you know you are in probation, why you keep doing the same mistake over and over?

stop stealing!!! it's wrong; don't be the stupid kid ,deal with the judge makes you do and LEARN FROM IT !!! Prison is not a fun place to be.

"I am a really good kid and i'm not one to get in trouble by the police"
Well, good kids don't shoplift.

They'll probably add some more time to your probation and make you do some more community service.

It seems like you would have learned the first time though.

Rwalker
If you were a really good kid, you wouldn't shop lift in the first place.
But, expect more probation...and possibly community service.

Depending on the judge, you could possibly go to a juvenile detention center.

Good? For you to get caught twice that is not good. You violated your probation. It will depend on the judge, and you could go to jail. My suggestion keep your nose out of trouble.

well if you want advice, be smart and never steal...WOW

your not a good kid or you wouldn't have stole anything to begin with, you need to talk to your probation officer, if this is a violation of probation you will go to juvenile or be place on a more intensive probation, its up to your probation officer. good luck

Legend in your own mind!
Well, obviously stop shoplifting. it isn't worth the risk nor consequences. Since this isn't your first offense you might just end up in juvenile hall for this for a little while, but most likely you'll get a long stretch of probation. I hope for your sake you avoid jail, but it's unlikely.
I tell you now because it is true, I have had more reasons to steal in my life than most, but I only did it once, got caught and that was the end of it. I have gone hungry, nearly to starvation, nearly froze to death on several occasions and so on and none of those things ever made me steal. My one single theft came under the influence of drugs and now I'm clean and never returning to that path. I suggest you follow suit because, look, I'm 49 soon to be 50 and I know more thieves than you've ever meet in your life time. Almost every single one has been in prison on numerous occasions. You can join them or you can quit as of right now. Thieves and liars will never help you out and every single time you get caught your so called friends will ALL look after their own skins. In all my years I have yet to meet one single thief help out a fellow thief when caught.

Define good kid to us. is a good kid one who steals things then expects a slap on the wrist? A good kid in my book knows better.
Do you think jail will stop your thieving ways? I doubt it. More likely you'll learn new methods of stealing in jail and get away with more and more until you get nabbed with something major.
If i were you I would cut the crap, do your time and not whine because there is little sympathy for you as you can already tell and when this is all said and done realize that prison is no damned fun at all and that's what awaits you if you keep up with shoplifting. Now is a good time to learn how to use your God given smarts for your own good instead of thieving.

you wont get into too much trouble since you are under the age of 18 but since its your second offense you'll have to pay fines and most likely go to jail. it depends mostly on what you stole and your grades at school if you have proof you are a good student they'll most likely cut you a break and say that you were in the wrong place at the wrong time or in other words peer pressured into it.

Mark R
My friend had the same thing happen to him. Most of the time you just have to apologize in a letter, and you get banned from the store for a while. nothing too bad, nothing like juvie. So not too much of a worry. If you had done something worse like fought then there might be juvie time. But that's only if you did something worse than petty theft.
