How deep in crap and I in?? I live in Arizona, and I cant afford to fly out, even when I got my court date, I started saving up and what not. Whats going to happen, and how screwed am I?

they will issue a bench warrant for your arrest and if you ever get pulled over or any contact with law enforcement you will be arrested, if you are on bail the bondsman may come get you to get the money back, and you will have a failure to appear on your record and it will affect your bail amount next time or if they even give you a bail |

When you don't show up, there will be a warrant for your arrest issued for Failure to appear and for the original charge.
Additionally, if you're out on bond, the court will file a Judgment NISI, meaning that the bonding company will have to pay the county the full amount of the bond. |
