That depends on your provisions of your house arrest. For example if you are on an ankle monitor and you leave the house you are very likely to get caught. Regardless if you leave the house when you are not supposed to per your judge and you do get caught you will more than likely get locked up...
With your ankle monitor you have a certain number of feet you can be away from the sending unit (the part attached to your phone line) before it will send out a signal to the cops that you are not there.... |

Well there are two possibilities, if it's the standard type of ankle thingy then you get off house arrest and thrown in jail. If it's the new kind you just recieve an electric shock that will disable you until the police, parimedics, or coroner come to pick you up. |
