Not too far from where i live two Brookline cops assaulted a stripper and her boss. I asked what people thought was going to happen. Citicop, Bruce, John, and a few more blue boys said they would be convicted in a court of law. They were certain. Well guess what people? All charges dropped.
Surprise, surprise!

They certainly couldn't tarnish their pristine, pure as bathtub crank images by stating their slop fed brethren would walk away unscathed, could they?
Where the hell are they now?
I don't see them stampeding to respond to the fallout over this question. |

Read the article again (better yet, have someone read it to you).
"Fenichel said the charges were dismissed at the request of all of the parties involved".
With the exception of domestic abuse, if the victim wants charges dropped, they will be dropped. No rocket science here, Jimmy. |
