no, at most it is a misdemeanor..if the judge decrees it as such. there will probably be a court date and a fine....just plead guilty and pay the fine. I don't thing a judge will buy the fart thing unless you have witnesses or a doctor's note with the farts as a medical condition |

This is a common problem, with a common solution. When you go to court tell the judge you were not aware of the problem due to some acute hearing loss and temporary sensory impairment. Then let him know that you have taken steps to correct this problem by helping to support our economy by purchasing (and using) beano.
