It depends on which state you are in and their laws. Other factors are how much time has elapsed since your last DWI, the longer the better, and what happened with that arrest and punishment. You might be looking at some jail time, but most likely probation or house arrest.

Depends on your state. Definitely revocation of your license and a fine. Possible jail time, but not likely (def. probation though).
