I got a DWI in MD can i see my police report?

3 days ago i got pulled over for my right tag iluminator being out, long story short i am not 21, so i am in big trouble. I am against drinking and driving i had one drink all night a friend needed help. I knew i was feeling fine and in control, it was a 2 mile drive. i got pulled over simply for a tag light, i did end up getting a dui. I really want to see my police report, is there a way to do that?

you did get a ticket that usually is your report..
you can always ask the chief of police if you could get a copy of the written report.. but more than likely you won't get it
Under 21 as zero tolerance for DWI.. it doesn't matter what your BAC is
and yes what usually leads to some of those is a stupid violation..

Of course you can see it. They might charge you a fee but you can see the report. It's your right. I assume they have zero tolerance in your state. Bummer. Just cooperate fully and do your best to not get in any more trouble. It's going to be expensive and a pain in the ***.

I would start checking now on what classes etc.... will be required to get your license back. Try to get the requirements out of the way before court.

As a citizen you have the right to be informed of any information your police report contains, you seem like a first offender on this DUI stuff, so the judge would probably be indulgent with you this time but anyway you should have refrain yourself from drinking in the first place and this would just be a ticket for your tag light.
