Hey,
I was wondering if I could take drivers ed and get all my points taken off if I plead guilty and send in the money. If so, how do I go about that?
Or, do I have to plead not guilty and go to the court to ask for the points gone?

Your best bet is to contact the courts and ask them these questions. They are the ones who will process your ticket and will know all the laws and regulation. You should also ask the courts if you are allowed to take a driving school class. This will prevent your insurance from going up and points from being placed on your license. Just make sure you get the courts permission before doing so. If you don’t the courts will reject your driving school certificate. Good luck! |

it always makes me laugh to see questions like this from people like you freaking out over their speeding tickets and worrying about points, driving school and fees when its so easy to get a speeding ticket dismissed. You just have to know the loopholes in speeding traffic laws. Look into it. |

I got a ticket going 62 in a 45 and i got the fine reduced and the points taken off, but if your going 20 over in florida you will have to go to school, so I dont know what the laws are in your state. so good luck |

Just go to traffic school and it won't be on your record. No need to do anything at court. Just pay the fine and request traffic school. You can do online school which is real easy. |
