In the race code... there is white, black, asian or other...
It will not effect the ticket at all.
Pay it or go to court.... but this is not a defense. |

No. Whether they put down the wrong race or you were wearing a halloween costume, YOU STILL WERE THE ONE WHO WAS SPEEDING so why should it be dismissed just cause they didn't put down the correct race? |

Everybody is wrong on this. Yes it will get it dismissed. Go to court and bring this to the judge's attention with the officer on the stand. But to be effective you will have to do it in a "now I got your as$" fashion. Stick it to the man. It is your god given right to speed. Please take my advice and let me know how it turned out.. |
