I got a ticket and I want to know what you think...?
Find answers to your legal question.

I got a ticket and I want to know what you think...?

I have already taken DD for another ticket

Option A: I go on probation for 3 months and pay a nice fee, ticket comes off of record, and i'm totally screwed if I get another ticket in the 3 months.

Option B: I pay the ticket, it goes on my record, my insurance goes up, and my parents find out and ground me from driving all summer

Either way im screwed, which one hurts less?

deff. option a
and be careful darlin(:
just drive extra carefull and done make anything suspecious whenever you get pulled again. Just try not to drive under the influance or just get someone else to drive you, that always works. haha(:

option a

I would say Option B, just because you have gotten more that one ticket right..? So.. If you get a ticket in the next 3 months while you on probation...your ******!..I would pick being grounded from driving..you could walk or get a ride with somebody else..

Maxifer
Well A you pay up-front, but with B you have an increase that sticks with you. Sure A will seem more expensive at the time, but insurance will eventually cost more than that in the long run.

A. But you could drive like a sane person in future to prevent this from happening.

Jonathan
probation easily. i dont think you get tickets much very often so its not that bad and you have to pay

if you take option b you have to pay, ticket stays on, insurance goes up, and parents find out and you cant drive at all.

option A all the way

It looks like either way you won't be able to drive for 3 months. So, I would go with option A. That way the ticket comes off of your record and your insurance doesn't go up (as much anyway...they have ways of finding things out).

YOU screwed YOURSELF! Time to WAKE UP you IDIOT BEFORE you kill someone! I mean if it were just YOU to die, nobody would much care, but you may kill someone else! Stay home all summer you don't need to be on the roads!

A - and quit breaking the law.

Plead Nolo, pay a fee, the ticket won't be on your record (at least you won't get points for it) and you're insurance will go up next time it is assessed, which may or may not be after the summer.

I like a nice little combination of those two options.
Pay a nice fee.
Be screwed if you get another ticket in the next 3 months
Your insurance goes up.
Your parents find out and ground you from driving.

If you've gotten two tickets, and your parents can still ground you.
You need to seriously re-think how you drive.

option a...

sloooooooowwww doooowwwwnnnn!

It would be better to pay the fee and watch your *** for three months then having insurance go up (which will cost alot more than the lousy ticket) and then if you get a ticket (no given time) after that then your really screwed.
What I'm trying to say is the short term probation is better than long term driving record. Does that make sense?? lol

10 points!!
