my court date is coming up and i dont know what i should tell the judge to make sure i dont get "guilty"...the tickets 180. dollars and i only have 50 at the moment, i was thinking if i get "GUILTY" ill say im a full time college student and need more time to pay but what should i say to make sure i dont get "GUILTY" ...it is my FIRST ticket...

i know it was wrong, i havent used my cell since i got that ticket last november...but the court dates coming up and i want to know what to say to assure i dont get "guilty" cuz i dont have money to pay the ticket.....

You are guilty so there is no way to get a not guilty verdict. Its not that big a deal. Tell the judge your a broke student and need time to pay. I know some one who pays $10 a month. |

If you were driving and yakking - you deserved the ticket. Just pay it. Driving and drinking is as dangerous as driving and yakking on a cell phone. Learn the laws and obey them. |

if your guilty your guilty,no in between.he will allow you time to pay the rest.he`ll have you take the money(you do have) to the clerks office and give you a set time to pay the rest off.tell him you think you could pay it by,whatever date you choose and he should allow it.wouldnt go past 3 months |

you can set up a payment agreement...but dont plead not guilty if you were actually talking on the cell...the judge will not be impressed. |
