I'm with beautifulmind... even though lie detector tests are not admissable in court, most people know they are quite accurate and it will help clear your name in the court of public opinion.
This is important, because even when an accused molester is found not guilty in court, it often follows them by reputation for years to come.
I suggest that in addition to submitting to the police polygraph, you have one done on your own... find a polygraph examiner with a sterling reputation in his or her field.
Also, get yourself a good lawyer immediately. |

get a good lawyer
get your facts right
dont be nervous during the trial
dont give up and fight for your case
prepare what you are going to say the night before
make a plan B just in case you loose
make sure you have evidence to back up your point |

The best thing you can do is hire a lawyer, and get evidence (if possible) best of luck to you! Unfortunately, many innocent people get thrown into jail. But hopefully you will be able to win! |

get a lawyer if you can't afford one and you have to go to court they will appoint you one...accused of breaking the law ...you will have to prove you didn't do it although the law states innocent until proven guilty ( break the law and see if they don't lock you up then you can try to prove innocents but first you go to jail ) find a alibi or proof that it didn't happen then go after who ever said you did find their motive on why they did it and depending on what it is you might even be able to sue them for at the least slander if the child is old enough then will they tell the truth ??? if someone else is accusing you ...if it was me i would have done contacted a lawyer this is a very serious accusation and it could land you in jail along time they take this very very serious |

counter-sue.
This is worth all the money you've got or will ever have. This is one crime that you are considered guilty until proven innocent for.
Good luck, |
