I really want to grab you and shake you and tell you what a little idiot you are. You are all what's wrong with our country. Why did you do it? I really hope that you get sent down although considering our weak, pathetic system they'll probably slap your wrists. |

No...i haven't been in that position...i would prefer to get 20p clothes from a charity shop than steal them...sure you might end up looking like Gordon Brown...but shi t happens. |

I guess you have to shoplift since your spelling and general command of the English language makes it difficult for you to get a job. That and your record. I hope, especially since you have a prior record, that they put you in the English equivalent of juvenile detention and they teach you a skill--or at least pair you up with a thief who knows how to do it and NOT get caught so easily. |

Perhaps they will send you somewhere to learn how to write questions that can be understood!
Have you stopped to think that having a criminal record could seriously damage your future employment? Or don't you care! |

HOPE FOR THE BEDDER
 |
This happened to me when I was a kid. I was stealing a bunch of make up so I could be "pretty" so the kids would stop picking on me.
I was sooooo embarrassed and I felt like I let my parents down.
I had to go to court. My parents told the judge I was a pretty good kid. I was banned from Super X (which is now CVS). I had to do community service- volunteer at a thrift store (which is now a pawn shop) and was told that if I didn't do anything else that offense would come off my record when i was 18.
I was definitely scared straight!
Good luck to you and I hope you learn your lesson. It's a whole new world when you get to be a grown up. You will need a clean record in life!! |

firstly I would need you to write your question in English before I can answer it, secondly, you ought to think of these things before you go out stealing |

you one of those girls taking 50 garments into the dressing room with you and sitting there for 3 hours trying to get the security labels off? you should really be ashamed of yourself, if you want some nice clothes get a job or if you're too young to work, save up your pocket money or help out the neighbours with something. this is a serious thing and you have to take responsibility, AND above all make sure this doesn't happen again. being caught once surely has to be bad enough, but you've done it twice now! as someone else said, polish up your communicating skills and show some remorse, and please stop taking what ain't yours. |

You will be going on a holiday, when taking a shower do not drop the soap, while in there learn English, good one Ian UK |

Don't worry about it, you are in Britain so they will go easy on you, if you are under 18 you will get a bit of probation and a social worker will try and find out why you are doing this, and then take you on holiday.
Yes its the best way to make people like you to have even less respect for the Law, and then you can continue your life of petty crime because you know that regardless of what you do you have probably more rights than your victims, shame that Britain doesn't have the same Law as in the US, then someone would hopefully blow your head off!!! |

Say you have an IQ of 50 and have no real understanding of what stealing is. Also put underpants on your head and pencils in your nose.
Seriously though, you might have to spend a lot of time doing community service, so you can forget your weekends for a long time.
Have you ever thought of adult education to improve your English and skills, then you can earn more money so you don't have to steal. |
|

Aye. Right!
|
Well. A short spell in jail might actually teach you to keep your paws off of other peoples' things. Doesn't matter if it's a shop, a house, or a handbag. If it isn't yours, you shouldn't be pocketing it.
The only tip I will give you is to show more respect for the court, than you have for us, here. Speak properly and clearly. Don't 'drop your Ts', don't use lazy speech. Speak loudly and positively. Dress smartly and show genuine remorse, if that's how you feel. Don't' 'crawl', as that will only annoy the judge, and shame your friends and family. LISTEN to what is said to you in court, and answer honestly and politely. If you don't know the answer, say 'I'm sorry, I don't understand?', don't say 'eh?' or 'I dunno'.
Show some respect. In court, in life, and for other people's property. |

Um... what the hell are r u trying to write there? Lol, you won't go to prison or even jail for shoplifting clothing.... unless maybe it was like 15k worth of Versace or something. Don't worry about it.
Don't listen to the people who said prison, they're just trying to scare you cuz they don't like crimminals. |

Community service, fine, not sure about prison, but I'd probs say community service or fine, I've not been in your position so I wouldn't know. Only time will tell. |
|

Gary P
|
You are in the UK where all but the most hardened criminals get an easy time. You will almost certainly get probation and community service with a fine. |
|

Zach
|
You'll probably get community service or depending on your age maybe prison, but also it depends on what you stole and if it has much value. You will get into a lot of trouble because it's your second time, but just stay strong and you'll survive. |
