I don't know much about any of this, but if you're guilty and its obvious then be honest and repent in court. Also see if you can somehow waive it from your record via community service or anything else. Be courteous and respectful of the officers, etc that will be dealing with you and make sure you get their early etc. Show all respect to the people dealing with you, at the very least it'll be hassle free.
Good luck, that was unfortunate... |

No sympathy from me. You should know that in this age of terrorism what you did could really send my red flags, You should have thought of this before you accepted the fake ID.
Sorry to be so hard, but your little escapade is more serious then you have thought. |

I think that you'd better contact an attorney. |

Sorry to break it to you but i'm very sure this is going to be on your permanent record for sure and will be marked on your socal status for a very long time, even if you were some how cleared of the charges, your records will note that you were accused of breaking the law. The only advice I can give you is learn from your mistakes and try not to repeat them. Good luck |

You had better hire an attorney because your student VISA is probably in jeopardy. But you broke the law and I am a person who believes in "taking her lumps". |

You are in big trouble. It will stay on your perminate record. Why did you do such a stupid thing? |

You are screwed. This single court date will result in your deportation order. If I were you I would get a good attorney right away. |

If you're convicted I don't think you can keep it off your permanent record. I don't know about the States, but in Canada you could be deported for any conviction. Being a student, not a resident with a fake ID I don't think they'll let you stay in the States. |

Your permanent record? You're worried about? You'll be lucky to be sent home without prison time. |

Please get your self a really good lawyer to aid you with this, since it is serious. Please understand that I wish you no harm with what I am going to say. I only wish to help you.
It may be a problem since you are not a US resident, and you are going to school here. That is why I say that you should get a really good lawyer to help you with this.
When 911 happened it forever changed the way that the government looks at and even handles things in our country. They realistically could deport you from the country, since what you did was a crime. I'm sure that they informed you when you came into the country that you were not to do illegal things while in the country, so that you could remain in the country to be able to attend school.
That is why I say that you need to get a really good lawyer to help you with this. Because you did some thing that they see as serious.
I hope that it all works out well for you. God bless, take care and get some one that can really help you with this. Maybe some one on here will have some other good suggestions to be able to further help you. Take care. |

It will go on your record, not much you can do about it. It probably won't hurt too much unless you used it for some serious offense (purchasing drugs, etc.). If you just used it to buy alcohol then you may get off easier. |
