I got into a fight 1 year ago. It was inside someone else vehicle (not hers) I got charged with burglary and that is a felony, on top of battery. I used a public defender and she was not good at all. I didn't commit burglary or rob him it was just inside his car! I I am on probation right now but paid all my fines. Is there any was I can get that charge dropped? I live in Clearwater fl. anyone know of a great Attorney? Or what I can do?

Hello Jessica. Being on probation tells me you were either found guilty or pled out to the charges. As such, you can't get the charge dropped. Dropping a charge only can be done prior to sentencing.
Best and only advice at this point in time would be to have a consultation with a private attorney ( do not depend on a Public Defender for this) to see if grounds exist to appeal the case.
NOTE: if you pled out, you cannot appeal the case. Appeals are only when and if you are judged guilty. Other than that, there must be proper grounds for the appeal, which is why you need a consultation.
