You are being arraigned on charges that were pending.
The judge will ask for your plea of guilty, not guilty, then assign an attorney, enter your plea for a future court date.

Don't worry: You'll be arrested when you show up for the arriagnment. And if you don't show up, then they'll come looking for you to arrest you.

You will be arrested and then have to pay a bond. Then you will have to go in front of the judge to say "guilty or not guilty"
