So these two tickets is like 8 tickets in like 3 weeks. The tickets i got i already paid them. But these two i got today is for $211.00 for running a red light ( but the light was yellow ) so i dont even understand why i got the damn ticket in the first place but the cop told me the light was red and soons i said give me the damn ticket he said you get one more for speeding also so i am really pissed i file a complaint with the PD which i knew it was a waste of my time but i dont care. I mean can they do that? i know for sure the light was yellow and i just passed it and wasnt speeding but it was a 35 mph zone he said i was going 44 mph??

Isn't it that when the light is yellow, you're supposed to be slow down and prepare to stop?
And are you sure you weren't speeding?
And what advice are you expecting?

OK, you hate fla, move then. Otherwise, quit speeding and going through yellow lights that turn red before you enter the intersection. People that are not stepping over the line don't get tickets, at least not THAT many. |
