Well you better hope that you live in a more relaxed county, some places consider driving on a suspended/restricted license a pretty serious offense. You should do what you can to try to reinstate your license and make sure you turn yourself in. It would be much easier on your part and the court will see that you did that. You may just get probation, but in some counties they can jail you for up to a year. Hopefully that will not be the case, just take care of it asap and don't let it slip up again!
