Usually 1 year plus heavy fine. Driving 30 miles over the speed limit (i.e. driving at 60 miles in a 30 zone, 70 miles in a 40 zone etc. carries a mandatory disqualification. |

not long enough, and you should be made to attend a major accident unit local to you, to see what the results of speeding does, That may, just may, bring some sanity back to your head. |

The old addage of 30 mph over the limit and there is your license gone is usually quite accurate - you don't really have much chance of keeping it. However I note in the question itself you are already coming round to that idea! I might suggest if you get good legal advice, and can justify why you need your license - going to work etc, then you might get away with 8 week ban and a nice £400 fine. Lesson learnt hopefully though! |

It depends. Plead guilty and apologise. It might not be long. Especially if you need your car for work Make sure you pay a good lawyer (not just legal aid) if you can. It's probably worth it.
Wow - 108 mph - that's amazing. what did it feel like? |

You may not get banned if its your 1st offence just 3 points and a £60 fine, but if you've been a bad boy before you may get a 6 month ban |
