Hopefully, yes. Its time that people like you learnt that they can't go around assaulting people when they feel like it. Maybe a while in prison will sort you out & you won't be so ready with your fists when you come out for fear of going back in.

Do you mean you are in violation of probation for an original charge of assault and now you have been charged with the probation violation? Or you have now been charged with a new assault? Typically if you get into trouble again in any way while on probation (especially if it's the same type of charge) they will activate the suspended sentence.

If you cant do the time don't do the crime! The education courses in prison will help your grammar and spelling so all is not lost, just look at it as being locked in school. Goodbye!

You should talk to your lawyer about getting help. You can also do the research for your area. Look for places to seek professional help-someone to talk to, go to anger management classes. You need to get yourself together. Something is bringing all this anger out. You need to think about you and your family. Think to yourself is 1 hit on this person worth me spending half of my year in jail/prison. Even if you grew up around this type of behavior it doesn't make it the right way. What if some man hit your daughter? How would that make you feel? These are all things you have to think about. You really need to be serious about getting help and wanting to be a better person. You should contact your lawyer right away and discuss your options. You still might have to serve your time. I really hope you are able to think about some of the decisions you have made. God Bless you and I hope you really change the ways you release your anger.

The Courts wont but the Home Office surely will as they decide these things. I would get a summer holiday in before your licence is revoked.

Not necessarily, I mean come on how many chances to they give to people? Loads. Its not really that much of a serious crime and they don't have room in prisons for people like you. I got done for assault last year and all I got was a fine. Yours must have been a bit more serious though to get a suspended sentence, unless you've been in serious trouble before? Good luck x

As far as I know it's pretty definite if the new crime is for the same thing. It is probably ABH if you got 6 months and you'll probably get the same again or a bit more for the latest offence. If it was for something very minor you woul probably be OK.

I got sent back in when out on license for something small enough so I know what you're going through.
