can the police get after me for this? I live in WI. amazon sold the items to me. they were flints lighters and lighter fluid. no i dont smoke i just make controlled fires in a fire pit and collect lighters

There is a 99.9999999999999999% chance that you will not be caught.

Cops/FBI/Any other Law Enforcement really are not to worried about flint lighters and lighter fluid.

It usually up to the internet site to make sure you are of legal age to purchase these items and you most likely wouldn't be in trouble even if they did catch you.
Typically with the possession of a debit card they assume you are old enough to buy a lighter.
Just be responsible with it and you will be fine.
