I don't think you can inject marijuana, it was probably meth. Anyway, tell her to get it out of the apartment ASAP so you aren't caught up in it if she gets arrested. I'd consider looking a new roommate, too.

Lecture her on the affects of drugs !! Injecting marijuana ?? Never heard of it. Tell her to smoke it instead.......LOL, im kidding. If you love her, I sure wouldnt turn her in, I would do everything I could for her first before I allowed her to go to jail. It is a criminal offense, ignorant, but nonetheless criminal.
