I'm getting my degree in criminal justice. I was going to join the police academy and become a cop for awhile until I get enough experience to join the FBI. I like doing more investigative work on murders, serial killers and things like that. What would be the best way to go about getting a career like this? One that I would make decent money.
I'm gettiny my masters btw.

yeah i know that but what job would be best for what i like? fbi? dea? profiling? cop?

You should be able to get a law enforcement job before a masters degree. Get on the job experience and your employeer can pay for your master's degree. |

Sounds like a decent enough plan; however, it would be looked more favorably by the FBI with a degree in accounting, or computer systems, or a law degree. Regardless of what theTV shows depict, lots of "FBI-work" is rather mundane and involve sifting through paperwork and computers.
Advanced degress in socialogy, cultures or foreign languages would also make you more attractive.
