Well this all depends on how old you are. And by hit, what exactly is or was it. I mean did he like slap ya across the back, the butt, the face, the head. Was it an open hand or a fist. ALL this will play a part. If you are under 17 you will have a problem. 17 you are still considered a run away, but not much can be done. If you are 18 or older nothing can be done to you. BUT again what lead up to him hitting you? ALL this plays a part. |
