I have heard most def that you can if its harrasing but if its just harmless and funny will it matter? my dad has told me you can get arrested! im really confused..and i love prank callling! also can you get fined for ding dong ditching? please help ASAP!

Your dad is right. You can be arrested for prank phone calling. It is called Harrasment/Terroristic theats/malicious mischef...

lots of states have different names but you could be wearing a nice pink jumpsuit in juvy if you keep it up.
