its very hard to get a warrant quashed and it would cost money for a lawyer. go turn your-self in and the cost of bail will probably be the fine it-self.you should not be in jail too long. just until you see the commissioner.just make sure you have the money to pay bail or the fine. |

Call the recording municipality first. Find out what the exact procedures are. If you show up in court you may be arrested. If you approach a cop you may be arrested. If you plead guilty and pay the fine it will be on your record but no jail. |

Do not show up in person to pay the fine!!!! They will arrest you!! You need to call the court administrators office, most of the time if you pay the fine in full, the warrant will go away. The court admin office will be able to tell you how to fix the problem. |

something similar happened to mi friend, they will give u another date by then get a lawyer, they'll give u ine if u cant afford one so from then its easy, ur not getting arrested, they just scaring u i assure u |
