I am a cop, and I sure would not want someone to date me because of my job. You should date them for who they are aside from their job. If you like them as a person and you get along well then try for it. But if your a badge bunny, then do not waste your time.

You only need one reason ... do you like him? Don't ask other people's opinions on matters of the heart. Only your opinion counts for you. Besides, I'm a retired police officer (28 years) and have been married almost 42 years to the same great lady. We must have done something right!!

There are both the good and bad about dating police officers, one the danger being a bad; however, he wants to date you (you should be honored), that's many a woman's dream. I think you should go out on a date or more, slowly get to know him and see if he is right for you.

I think it's ridiculous that you need 10 reasons to date a policeman. Do you do this to every career? Not trying to sound rude, but there is good and bad to every career. There' s cheaters and wife beaters in every career.

I want to date a police officer because I think he would likely be more honest, less likely to do drugs, and be a good man (but it depends on the guy). There are good and bad in every career field (doctors, nurses, lawyers, firemen, and policemen).

If you are attracted to him, and think you are going to get along, I say date him, and take it from there. The 10 reasons is kinda childish, I never needed to do that. If he is into me, I will want to date him.

The top reason you should give him a chance is that he wants to date you!

2. getting out of speeding tickets
3. most cops are hot
4. he has a job and is obviously not a hopeless loser

if he doesn't even seem intresting enough to give him a chance, i don't think i can sell you on him

I know a lot of cops and there isnt ten good reasons to date a cop, of course there are exceptions.Why dont you go on a date and see if you like him.
