i got arrested 20 years ago for running over someone and i just got out today now the police are looking for me again and they have a warrent for my arrest i don't know what to do i don't remember what i did what should i do?????????

I think that you need to turn yourself in because it better than be a fugitive you will definitely get more time if you run off. Please just do what you feel is best for you. Good Luck!! |

Honestly turn yourself in and let things sort themselves out. Considereing you know you have a warrant they could get you for evading arrest if you ever tell them you knew about it and didn't turn yourself in. |

Running won't solve anything, you'll just be a fugitive. Turn yourself in and find out that way what they say you did. Then, get a lawyer's advice on what to do next.
Or, see a lawyer now for advice now, and maybe they can discover what the warrant is for, or at least arrange your surrender and be there with you during the arrest and questioning. |

why did they let you out if you are still wanted? your best bet is to flee to a country that doesnt extradition laws with the country you are currently in. |

You need to get out of state and hide.
Lay low for awhile and the warrent won't be a main priority.
Then if it is a minor warrent it won't count in another state or just leave the country. |

First: If you just got out of prison, I seriously doubt you would've had time to find out you still have an outstanding warrant w/o being back in county by now.
Second: If you just got out of prison, then you must be using your brother's friend's sister's neighbor's dog's account (or of the like), and I seriously doubt as well that when you asked "Dude, I've got another warrant, what should I do?" that his answer was "What else? Try Yahoo Answers!"
Third: If this is truly your account, then how may I ask did you open it last year?
