My father has been working on a lawsuit before he passed away, now it is left up to me and my siblings. The issue is, that the court case is in Puerto Rico, I have been doing whatever it takes to give my rights to a family member, but one problem is, that my brothers and sisters are not doing there part, will the case fall? Its a lawsuit for 1 million dollars I would like to win this case for my father and to split that money with my siblings!

If he won't, it probably is not worth the effort. |

If your siblings do not want to help then i suggest you speak to them and tell them either they do all they can to help you...or you leave them behind and do with the money what you want. why should you share the money with them if they are not going to help |
