ok my boyfriend is locked up and they person that was suppose to testify against him didn't show up the first time now my boyfriend goes to court on the 23rd and the person that suppose to testify is locked up now and he is not locked up for not showing to court but is they going to make that person testify against my boyfriend anyway but the boy go to court on the 24th

What is the question here?
I imagine you're asking if he'll end up having to testify? If so, then yes. Being in jail will make it easier for them to put him on the stand. He'll be at the jail - they'll transfer him over to court, and he'll put on the stand to testify. What he says on the stand though, is a different situation. |
