I would start by calling them on the phone. Tell them you are out of state, and heard there is a warrant for your arrest. They will tell you. The first time you get stopped for a traffic violation, you'll be hauled in. Even if you are in another state and get stopped, they check your ID. |

you should be able to look it up online if NY had a department of law enforement online....http://www.docs.state.ny.us/ go there and look for Absconder/Fugitive if you have a warrant you find out without going to police and asking |
