I need to report something to the police?

last night i was chased by 3 cars from bournemouth to new milton.
they were trying to ram me and blocked me and and were forcing me to speed. i ended up going past a speed camera.

i dont want the points and its unfair of this situation.

i need to find out what the number plate says, and ehre are some pictures of the car. can anyone figure them out??

i am not lying, i am a safe driver.
i know the owner of the car as he went to the dsame school as me but i have no idea of his home address.

stop saying im lying, cuz im really not.

now, i have whitnesses that were in my car and they willw rite statements too. if only i could have slowed down, but there was a car in front of me, behind me and on the soide of me. so i was boxed in.

Pretty tall tale, if you have nothing to hide, make a report to the local police station. The owners of the other cars might be arrested for kidnapping or attempted robbery or rape or whatever. Don't forget that the police are obliged to protect you if you think you are in danger.

The number plates are too small and blur to be made out, and the police would probably say the same thing. And unlike in CSI, they can't sharpen it, because doing so requires addition of pixels which would make it tampering. But you could try contesting the ticket. The other cars were probably captured as well, and you could try getting them to understand that you were just trying to avoid an accident(ironical as it may be). If it fails, threaten a letter to a highly circulated paper lamenting how unreasonable the police can be(And really do it if they ignore you).

Anyway, I am kinda curious as to why you're so sure its that car. If you took the picture, you would have been able to see it yourself, and as far as I can see there are no obvious marks/designs. If you know the owner, you could check it easily as well...

I DONT BELIEVE YOUR STORY the police will also not believe also and if you insist in trying to convince them it is true and they do investigate you will be in more trouble than a simple speeding fine.

PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU HAVE A DECENT PHOTOS OF THE ALLEGED VEHICLES AND THE REASON FOR TAKING THE PHOTO IN THE FIRST PLACE

On the face of it it looks like a very weak attempt to pervert the course of justice, and this offence carries a prison sentence of up to ten years is it worth it

You committed the offence and that is what you will be charged with.

What you wish to mitigate in your defence( as to why you committed the offence) will have an effect on the punishment you receive. So tell it like it was

I don't understand... you were close enough to take a photo of the alleged vehicle, but not close enough to look at it's registration plate..
This sounds like a scam to evade a speeding ticket to me.

Call me sceptical / suspicious, but to even be 'chased by 3 cars' says to me that you knew them and got yourself into the situation, but then to have photos of the vehicles??! (afterall, we're not in Hollywood).

Be more selective about who you hang around with and what you do when you're with them. DON'T waste police time by bothering them with your own personal problems - pay the fine and sort out your own problems.

Go to the local police, and explain the situation. See if they have the tape, which would substantiate your claim.

If your story is untrue then you will only endeavour to get yourself in more ****.

Perverting the course of justice is indictable only... i.e can only be heard at CROWN COURT..... and comes with a nice prison sentence.

If it is true then you have to show that you committed the offence whilst under duress. I suspect that you will not be able to do this. After all the natural thing to do would be to slow down and dial 999.

I also doubt your story!
