Re the Camera there are other things the police look at also that can identify you. PS they are night vision cameras now. |

It depends on how you went about breaking it. Your intent has alot to do with the sentence they'll give you. Maybe just probation and reperations to pay to replace the window. If it was an accident then you should just owe up to it, aappologize and offer to pay for fixing it. |

Drunk is not an excuse. Cost depends on the size of the window. Vandalism charge depends on were you are. As for the camera, it's probably good enough. |
