I think someone on my road is a drug dealer. what should i do?

If you really want to report them do it a good distance from your home, don't slip up and give any personal details even to Crimestoppers. They may suspect you if you have had any problems with them so be careful.

call crime stoppers ,you dont have to give your name. tell NO ONE that you have done this, people talk and even in all innocence someone may pass it on in conversation. the only way to know that they wont find out its you is to never tell a soul. good luck.

let the police do their own jobs.reporting a drug dealer may cost you or your family members life .also you can be sued by them if it turns out to be false. (defamation of character)

Stop being so nosy and mind your own business.

just be careful..
if you call the cops, do it from a pay phone.
if they are drug dealers, you don't know how sophistcated they are and they could have "lookouts" in the neighborhood .
and they it might just be stupid kids slinging weed but you can't be too careful in this situation.

If they aren't hassling you then leave well alone, but if they are dealing to kids, or are making a nuisance then call the police. You don't have to leave your name, so it can be done in confidence.

The last thing we want is to let out information on law abiding and helpful citizens, if we did that no one would ever come forward.

dont call the police. thats stupid they wil definatly flip out cause they would have to know someone called cause cops wont just show up. and if they arent drug dealers adn you do call thatll hurt cha. haha . but yeha dnt call i wouldnt call you. i mean they cnt b bothering you?! so just elave it b then if iy gets to b too much then maybe think about doing something aobut it but dnt call the cops whatever you do.

Find out what his prices are like.

If he really is a drug dealer the police will definitely know about him already. If he is doing business without interference from the police, it is because they are letting him lead them to bigger fish, or because they haven't the time and the gaols are full.

If you want him to stop dealing in your street, you might get quicker results tipping off a rival drug dealer or local gangster who see it as 'their' territory.

just leave them alone and stay out of other peoples business. you havnt even said why you think they are drug dealers. if you know for sure that they are then go over there and tell them they are being dumb because even "civilians" like you know you shouldnt deal out of your house.

what you should do is call the police right away and have them check out the problem. Are they dealing it between two cars? or in the house. But anyways if it looks suspicious its always good to let the authorites know. Even if you are wrong and you leave your name as a nieghbor or annoymanus call they will still say to you it was the right thing to do.

make a note of car 'reg' numbers that appear to be visiting inc the dates/times and any descriptions of persons entering/leaving. then let the drugs squad know or the local inteligence officer.

call police and your alderman. He or she has acess to info you do not. I live in a small town and there was a drug house on our street! It was gone in a month or less! The alderman was very helpful.

Nothing at the moment. You think, but you don't know. Advice from a New York cop is as helpful as **** in the UK and Ireland group. The British police take years to sort this thing out: it would be best done by vigilante groups. Does anyone know of any?
