I want them prosecuted. I want their website removed. How do I go about bringing these people to justice?

OK here it goes. I got a job on line that looked and seemed very legitimate. They put 9300 in my checking account. I did my job and sent out the money to the three individuals who they told me to. I was suppose to get paid 2300 a month for doing this plus 8% commission. Well the bank contacted me and told me that this was a unauthorized transaction. I had already sent the money. I feel very bad about all of this. They got my name from Yahoo Jobs. Now they have contacted my daughter through Career Builder. Somebody check out their site at http://ewin-group.cc and tell me what you think. I even had to sign a contract, send in my ID, send a copy of my utility bill and most of all give them access to my bank account. I did all of this in hopes that I was being employed by a very reputable company. The name of this company is EWIN GROUP and this stands for eWorldinteractive. If anybody knows anything about this please let me know. I want these people brought to justice and for their website to be removed.

Try the better business bureau to start but also check into contacting the FBI. This involves money transfers (most likely across state lines). I don't know if you'll get your money back but its worth pursing. Also, I know it'd be a hassle, but you probably want to close your bank account.

Sounds like you got scammed big time. Make sure you close that bank account and work with your bank to resolve their issues. Contact your state's attorney general office and see how to file a complaint against Ewin.

You should have known this was too good to be true. Warn your daughter to protect her identity as well.
