Well sir, Just who do you think is Most interested in rapid fugitive recovery?

You do not have to be a bondsman, but you will have to work For one, Or take the even slower career path of becoming a cop, then a detective, then a fugitive specialist.

What have you got against bail bondsmen? I know, I know they are a little like pawnbrokers, and some are VERY full of themselves.,

You could be an Independent bounty hunter, I suppose. I am sure The Court does not care who brings them in, But how do you find out who is wanted and where to start looking unless you have some skin in the game?
