My court date is in a month. I explained to the cop when I was being released on what happend he said most likely they drop it to a misd. What should I expect at court? I was thinking maybe they give me probation. I am already on summary probation so maybe a 3 yr formal probation

And if the police left a wallet lay out, and you stole it....that isn't entrampment...that is an idiot getting caught stealing.
If you're already on probation, and committed another crime, you're in some pretty solid trouble. But that doesn't mean any of us can tell you what you can expect at court. |

I have no idea what it means to be "entrapped with a wallet" and certainly can't imagine why you would have been arrested for it.
Without knowing what you're talking about it's not possible to tell you what to expect in court. From what you've written, I don't even know why you'd be going to court. |
