I was given a fix-it ticket for not having a valid license. I renewed my license later that day, will it work?

My license has the same date as the day I got the ticket. Should I tell them my license was in the mail when I got my ticket or that I renewed my license at the DMV before I got my ticket?

Thats WHY it is a fix it ticket take your dl in to the courthouse and it will be dismissed (the ticket) |

The DMV computer has a record of the time and date you renewed. It will not be hard to figure out. |

Do not lie to them.
As long as you have satisfactorily renewed your license, that should be sufficient to have the ticket dismissed.
Just make certain that you show up for court at the proper date, place and time. |
